The 35th Annual Winter Park Autumn Art Festival will be held October 11-12, 2008, in CENTRAL PARK on PARK AVENUE in Winter Park.  The festival is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days and admission is FREE. Central Park, located north of Fairbanks on Park Avenue, offers a spacious venue for artists, food vendors and entertainment.

About the Artists

The Winter Park Autumn Art Festival is the only festival to feature Florida artists exclusively. This year, guests will enjoy work from 150 outstanding Florida artists who were selected by a panel of judges from over 400 applications.

Art categories include: Painting (all media), Ceramics, Fine Crafts, Drawing & Graphics, Fibers, Sculpture, Jewelry, and Photography.

Children's Activities

The Crealde School of Art will present free artist-inspiring workshops for children on both days of the festival.

Official Winter Park Autumn Art Festival posters, T-shirts, tote bags, and note cards will be available at three merchandise booths during festival hours. These booths will be located at the north entrance (Park Avenue near the stage), the south entrance (Park Avenue and New England Avenue), and centrally at the intersection of Morse Blvd. and Park Avenue. This year's poster features a Florida landscape by Peter Pettegrew. Limited merchandise from previous festivals will be available during this year's show.
