Events Committees - Meeting date/time depends on each event
Members assist the Director of Events in planning and implementing a variety of Chamber activities. Events
include: Taste of Winter Park and the Christmas Parade. For information on the next meeting date and time for these committees, contact Andrea Hall at ahall@winterpark.org.
Autumn Art Festival - Meets first Wednesday at 8:15 a.m.
Florida artists draw more than 200,000 visitors to Winter Park the second weekend in October each year. Members assist in production of the festival by scheduling artists, arranging entertainment and food venders, soliciting sponsors, and more.
Ambassadors - Meets first Thursday at 11:45 a.m.
This committee serves as the public relations arm of the Chamber. Committee members greet new members, serve as hosts at Business After Hours and attend ribbon cuttings and new member orientation. Members are eligible to join this elite committee after one year of Chamber membership. Contact Jay Rupert at jrupert@winterpark.org for addtional information.
Business Solutions - Meets second and fourth Tuesdays
Meet with Chamber members and discuss important business challenges and how to resolve them. Solutions groups bring experts together to be more productive, professional and profitable. Currently, the Solutions Noon Group is meeting at 11:45 a.m. at The Bistro on Park twice a month. Call the Chamber for details and don't be left out of this interesting and rewarding networking opportunity!
Park Avenue Area Association - Meets last Friday at 8:30 a.m.
Since the late 1800s merchants have been doing business on Park Avenue. This committee is dedicated to the marketing and promotion of Park Avenue and Hannibal Square, a two of Central Florida's fine shopping and dining destinations.
