IRL Collective is a series of in-person gatherings designed for young professionals to engage in real conversations about work, leadership and life while building meaningful connections. Each session includes a short topic or speaker, followed by guided discussion and interactive activities that encourage perspectives and practical insights
Session Information
Sessions will take place bi-monthly at the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. Conversations will feature topics that can be used both in the workplace and in every day life. Previous topics include: Navigating Power, Conflict and Difficult Conversations at Work and Energy > Everything, a Real Talk on Burnout Prevention.
