About The Skills Studio

Early-career professionals in their first several years of work who are building foundational workplace skills, confidence, and professional habits.

Participants develop stronger communication, clearer professional presence, and the ability to navigate workplace expectations, feedback, and relationships with greater confidence.

This 6-week program takes place every Wednesday afternoon and runs approximately from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., (2.5 hrs.) with minimal preparation outside of sessions.

Registration fee: $25 (due when submitting your application, non-refundable).

Tuition (if accepted):

• $1,000 for Winter Park Chamber of Commerce members
• $1,500 for nonmembers

Tuition covers all program expenses, food, and graduation festivities.

Employees return with improved communication, stronger self-awareness, and a better understanding of how to contribute effectively within a team and organization.

This program focuses on the early stage of a career, where many professionals are capable but still learning how to apply skills in real workplace situations.
